At Floral Applique Dress, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your dress is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will resolve the issue by offering a return, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.

Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
